The Plus, is in our Process
- We bring all materials to our large yard in advance, allowing you to review and inspect everything before it’s installed on your property.
- For plant material, we invite you to visit the local nursery where your plants are sourced. We can schedule a time for you to see them and make any adjustments if needed.
- Our team is dedicated to your project everyday (weather and sub-contractor permitting) until the project is complete.
- Friendly, courteous staff who keep a clean jobsite. One of the biggest compliments we get is from neighbours of our clients.
- We are outdoor sound and lighting specialists. We believe that these two elements add a critical wow factor to every landscape.
- Before starting, we schedule a pre-site visit with the whole team to set grades, mark the project, and review details like timelines, material storage, and resident expectations.
- We provide weekly updates on progress, goals, and subcontractor status. Video calls are available for clear, on-site visuals without the need to be present.
- You are a client for life. We offer a fully customizable maintenance package, ranging from a spring or fall cleanup to a weekly visit.
